Momentum is a place where men “support each other to become their best”.  We can pursue our betterment at weekly team meetings, monthly general meetings, or the annual fall event.  The fall event allows time to go deeper than usual, learn more about ourselves, and emerge better and stronger.

This year the focus is deeper self-knowledge as a path to greater health.  The TKOm weekend will deliver a four-step process that can be done by an individual man or a man with team support.  Our specific focus is increasing personal power, owning our life, and specifically, being so strong and grounded we can avoid emotional triggers that life puts in our path.

What does it mean to get triggered?  Think of an episode in your life, maybe an interaction with a partner or supervisor, where you had an emotional reaction that was out of proportion to the actual episode.  Maybe you later realized it, or someone else told you you over-reacted.  This is a clue you were triggered.

We all get triggered. Why?  It's like a rubber band snapping, out of the blue.  And while we confuse others with our sudden burst of emotion, we often hide out of embarrassment because more often than not we are also confused by where it came from.

Take a deep dive with us into your own motivators. Discover what has been hidden from you, right there inside. And knock those triggers on their ass when you discover and begin to understand where they come from, buried deep in your own hidden motivations.

Discover what is hidden
